Processing Time:

Every order is baked fresh with love! Please allow 3–5 business days for your treats to be prepared and packed.

Shipping Days:

We ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays to make sure your cookies arrive fast and fresh — and don’t get stuck in weekend delays.
Need your order by a specific date? Reach out to us before placing your order  we’ll do our best to make it happen!

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped via UPS, which includes tracking and typically arrives within 2–3 business days after it leaves our kitchen.

 

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your goodies all the way to your door!


Shipping Rates:

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We use UPS for fast, reliable delivery  most packages arrive within 2–3 business days after leaving our kitchen.

Heat & Warm Weather Notice:

Our cookies are made with love (and sometimes gooey fillings, creamy centers, and melty toppings), so hot weather can affect how they arrive.

 

To help protect your treats during warmer months:

  • We ship early in the week (Monday & Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays.
  • We package with care, but some soft toppings or drizzles may shift, melt, or soften in transit.

Pop your cookies in the fridge for a bit if they arrive warm they’ll firm right back up and still taste just as delicious.

 

Heads up: We can’t be responsible for melted toppings during extreme heat, so please order at your own discretion during summer months.
 

 

Refunds & Replacements:

 

Because our treats are made-to-order and perishable, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has shipped.
However, we want you to love every bite! If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your shipment, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review each case individually and do our best to make it right  whether that means a partial credit, a reship, or a sweet surprise.

Note: We cannot replace or refund orders due to:

  • Melted toppings during hot weather
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by UPS or weather once your order has shipped

A: We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but if you have a specific event or need, reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to time it right!


Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

A: Yes! We offer local pickup for all orders.

Local delivery is available for:

  • Cookie orders over $150
  • Weddings and large events
    Delivery is available within select areas and includes a delivery fee. Contact us before ordering if you have questions!

 

Q: Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
